Why I'm not making resolutions for 2015…

Every year at this time we thrust ourselves into a New year, New life philosophy and with talks of a blank page and the gratification of an instant renewal, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the hype.

I’m all for setting yourself goals, but a lot of the time the ones we make for New Year are made in a rash bid to make ourselves feel better.
2014 for me has been a year of discovering that my will power isn’t so great, so I’m not going to set myself up with goals that I know I can’t keep and so the only resolution I’ll be making this year is to not make any resolutions at all.
2015 for me will be the year of going with the flow, making myself happy and seeing where life takes me and I couldn’t be more excited.
Until Next Time
I wish you all a Happy New Year

Oooo that's a toughie! Good luck with that!! I think the best thing to do is to go through and try and recycle or re fall in love with the things you already have & avoid any talk of new releases & sales! :p as its new year also wanted to say a quick thanks for always reading and commenting in 2014, you've been great 🙂 xx

If you've discovered in 2014 that you don't have great will power, I can understand why you wouldn't start 2015 by setting goals haha! Joking aside, I love that you're planning on 'going with the flow' (and not just because my dad says that and it's one of my favourite phrases ever), I hope life takes you in a lovely direction this year – good luck!! 🙂

I always feel like there's no point in giving yourself unattainable goals. 🙂 enjoy your year x
