With everyone starting on their new year, new me philosophy’s, everyone will be hunting down healthy recipes to kick start them on their journeys. 

I always struggle for healthy ideas for breakfast, as I have to admit it’s not my favourite meal of the day and that’s why on the days I’m in a huge rush, a smoothie is the answer. 
If you’re not up for thinking of your own flavour combos, supermarkets have fab smoothie packs, but expect to pay more for a pre made packet. If you want to do it by yourself on the cheap, then freeze your own fresh fruit flavour combos in ziplock bags or buy frozen fruit you get for a fruit salad! 
I prefer to mix mine with water, as I don’t like coconut water or using sugary fruit juices. Here’s a super easy recipe to get you going: 
1 cup Water
1/2 cup frozen raspberries 
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana 
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth! Pop into your favourite glass, or in a cup to go and you’re on your way. 
A delicious start to any day
