Look 100! I did It!!

It’s here! The day we finally hit look 100 and what a long road it’s been!

The Elf 100pc Marble Eyeshadow palette has served me well and all of the colours are a little more than well loved! Such a bargain for 100 colours and I hope I’ve shown that the possibilities really are endless!
I want to take a little moment to thank everyone for their endless support. Through re tweets, comments, faves on twitter & Instagram, you really have been amazing! Some days I have looked at the Palette and wondered what I could come up with but the feedback you guys have given me has been fantastic and kept me going to come up with more ideas!
A special thanks to Elf for creating such a fabulous palette to keep all us beauty buffs occupied and for their endless support through retweeting my never ending wittering about my looks.
I am just a girl, who loves to play around with makeup. I am not trained, I have no experience, but I have had the most fun any girl could wish for and I truly have been in my element when brainstorming ideas and bringing them to life!
So without further adieu, here’s look 100.
Day 100 – Mermaid Princess

I hope you love my final look, it took me a long time to think of what I wanted to create and with a bit of pva glue, glitter and the elf palette I give to you my take on a mermaid princess.

What should I get up to next?
Farewell 100 looks posts…I’m off to wash some brushes.

100 Looks in 100 days – Days 97, 98 & 99

It’s time for the penultimate 100 looks in 100 days post. Who knew that the elf 100pc marble eyeshadow palette could be do versatile.

I’m a massive gold leaf fan and if it was acceptable to parade around in it daily, then I probably would. I think it’s so pretty and versatile and makes such an impact and yet is so easy to use.
Day 97 – Black & Gold
For this look I used a primer to get the black to show up darker and used a brush to paint a mask like effect. I finished the look off with gold leaf on the lips and in touches along the mask.
Day 98 – Gold Dust
This look is very ethereal with a pop of colour. I went for colour G8 applied with the elf blush brush and added F6 to the outer corners of my eyes. I finished the look off with a gradient of gold leaf edging down the face. Simple and yet effective.
Day 99 – Golden Eye
Forget shaping your brows, sweep C9 across your lids (which I think may be my most used colour) and apply the gold leaf as contrast along the upper eye area covering the brows.
I thought as it was the penultimate look it was only right to cover it all in gold!
What do you think? Would you use gold leaf in your makeup? Doesn’t it make a beautiful pairing with the palette colours.
The FINAL 100 looks post will go live on Thursday and hopefully you’re in for a treat!!

100 looks in 100 days – Days 94, 95 & 96

It’s here, it’s here! Three more looks created with the Elf 100pc Marble Eyeshadow Palette! I’m in the midst of planning my final look which will be here next week and I’ve been making probs which involve a lot of glitter! I can’t wait to show you the final product. I hope it lives up to the build up of it being look 100 and that you’ve all enjoyed my journey with me. Who knew you could have so much fun with one palette.

Day 94 – Polka dot Peacock

Give a new twist to your usual eyeshadow by adding liquid eyeliner dots over the top. It gives your eyeshadow a whole new dimension, who knew?

Day 95 – Blue eyes

Give the smokey eye a hit of colour and blend it in with a shiny navy blue, smudge along the lash line and away you go!
Day 96 – Arty Black
The new way to wear your eyeshadow 😉 I’m just kidding. I’ve liked having a go at the odd arty look in this segment and I wanted to play with the eye-dea (see what I did there) of pulling the eyes away from being round and break the rules with lengthening the under eye smudge.
There’s a special treat as I’ll be posting another three looks this weekend so that we can finish next week on Look 100!!
Hope you’re all enjoying this amazing sunshine, even if it’s probably short lived.
Until Next Time
